As a board member, you will:
Help guide the long-term vision of a growing arts and inclusion-focused non-profit
Support strategic planning as we launch new programs, expand our digital learning platform, and strengthen our community reach
Champion inclusive creative opportunities for autistic and neurodiverse artists
Serve as an ambassador for Spectrum Productions within your networks
Whether your background is in business, education, arts, fundraising, finance, governance, community development, or you bring lived experience related to our mission, your leadership can help drive real change.
What We’re Looking For and What to Expect
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about our mission and eager to contribute their skills to a collaborative, community-focused board. Ideal candidates bring experience or interest in areas such as governance, fundraising, finance, education, arts, community outreach, or lived experience connected to our work. Most importantly, we welcome people who value accessibility, inclusion, and uplifting autistic and neurodiverse voices. We especially encourage applications with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. No previous board experience is required!
Board members can expect:
Quarterly board meetings (virtual or in person)
Annual general meeting in October
Opportunities to join committees
Attendance at our Annual Gala and Screening and fundraising support
Collaboration with a dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and community partners
