REQUIREMENTS

First and foremost, we want to see a desire to create a short film or animation from start to finish.

Second is a desire to work in a room full of others excited about creating original short films.

  • Camp Attendee

“I had a great time at summer camp, working with new friends to write, film and edit our movie. I improved my acting and animation skills, and got to use a green screen room for the first time. I was so proud when all our films were shown on screen in front of a huge audience at the Rialto Theatre. Since then I’ve shared our movie with family, friends, classmates and teachers and they’re impressed. Being part of the Spectrum Productions community is amazing!”

  • Parent

“The best summer camp! Our daughter even asked to move closer to Spectrum! The staff are professional and inspiring. We had an incredible two weeks here.”

  • Camp Attendee

"I had so much fun doing the films and my favourite part of camp was making the costume for my character. Of course I had help, but it was the best experience I won’t forget."

  • Camp Attendee

"I had fun during camp. My teammates and I like throwing ideas for a concept, story, and characters. I can't wait to see our actual film during the Spectrum Gala. I'm looking forward to it!"

  • Parent

“The summer camp staff was an incredible, professional, generous team. I cannot recommend more. First time my son has been able to do full days in years. He had a blast and wants more.”
