CHOCOLATE COCONUT MILKSHAKE
This week, Peter and the crew create a nice and relaxing beverage for a nice warm spring day. This quick and easy recipe needs no cooking or baking at all, only the use of a blender. Peter wrote this entire entire episode from top to bottom, whereas Christopher went in and fixed up the section on the ingredients to make it sound more presentable, without deleting any of Peter’s words. The recipe was delicious and, with or without dairy or sugar, it tastes nice and sweet. Not to mention, refreshing.
1 Cup of Dairy Free Chocolate Ice Cream
1 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
½ Cup of Unsweetened
Shredded Coconut2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Liquid Coconut Stevia
In a blender, add in the Chocolate Ice Cream. If it’s not soft enough to scoop, leave on the counter for 15-20 minutes.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend them all together until they’re well incorporated.
Pour it into a cup and serve.
[If you desire, you can top it with either whipped cream (however, that would make it dairy) or chocolate syrup or both. You decide.]
