CREATIVE MEDIA LAB TO SCREEN NEW CONTENT AT SPECTRUM FEST

Catch the premiere screenings of two TV pilot episodes collaboratively written and produced by the Co-Lab team of our very own Creative Media Lab. Set to screen at Spectrum Fest 2023 on Saturday, April 22, the show will be followed by a short presentation and discussion about the new Co-Lab initiative that is changing the scenery at Creative Media Lab.

The Studio

The Studio is a mockumentary inspired by TV's The Office about a production studio on the last day of shooting a major project. Drama and hilarity ensue while the neurodivergent crew deal with their overbearing and chaotic production manager. The Studio was the first Co-Lab experiment developed, shot, and edited in a six-week production cycle.

Crystal Crusaders

In the tradition of high-fantasy adventure, this epic tells the tale of five brave heroes out to save the realm from the dreaded forces aiming to destroy existance itself through the power of dark and mysterious crystals. Filmed entirely in green-screen, Crystal Crusaders is a testament to what can be done in post-production with cinematic planning and implementing editing styles and special effects.
