CO-LAB’S LATEST FILM “ARTIST BLOCK” TO PREMIERE AT THE GALA!

Get ready! Artist Block, a brand new short film created by the Creative Media Lab Co-Lab team, is hitting the big screen, premiering at this year’s 16th Annual Gala & Screening!

The film follows Arthur Wood, an aspiring self-taught artist working as janitor in his local community center. Arthur long to be seen as a true artist, recognized and appreciated by his community. When he tries to join local art club, he’s met with some unexpected resistance and gatekeeping obstacles that test his confidence and determination. This is his opportunity to shine and showcase his work and gain a sense of belonging. Will he be able to share with community and be recognized as an artist?
